We’re excited to make reserving your time at Bangs Beauty Collective even easier! Before booking, please take a moment to review our appointment and pricing policies.
APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
We understand that life happens and plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
We do not require a deposit or charge a cancellation fee. We simply ask that you respect the time our stylists have reserved especially for you.
If there is a pattern of no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may ask that future appointments not be reserved in advance. You’ll still be welcome to call the salon on the day you’re available, and we’ll be happy to let you know what openings we have.
LATE ARRIVALS
Running late? Please give us a call so we know you’re on your way.
We’ll always do our best to accommodate you. Depending on how late you arrive and the time remaining in your appointment, we may need to adjust the services we’re able to perform or reschedule your appointment.
This allows us to give you the best experience possible while also staying on time for the guests scheduled after you.
SERVICE & COLOR PRICING
All service prices listed online are starting prices and may vary based on stylist level, time required, hair needs, and the services needed to achieve your desired result.
Our color pricing is customized because color is not one-size-fits-all. In addition to the base service price, color services are priced based on the actual amount of professional color product needed for your hair.
This keeps pricing fair and personalized based on factors such as your hair’s length, thickness and density, your desired result, and how frequently you visit.
Your stylist will review your service plan and expected pricing with you during your consultation before beginning your service.
CHOOSING YOUR SERVICES
Please select the services that most closely match what you would like to have done. The amount of time reserved for your appointment is based on the services you select.
If your desired result requires additional services or significantly more time than what was booked, we may need to adjust the services performed that day or schedule additional time.
