I came into for a trim and was quickly taken back by Jess E. I am thrilled with my hair cut( a medium length with some layers). Jess knew exactly what I wanted. The Losson Rd / Transit Rd salon is always ready to serve. Sadly I went to the Williamsville salon on Saturday 9/13 at about 11:30am. There was one gentleman waiting. I was told it would be 1 1/2 hour wait I looked at the listed and no one was on it. I asked how many girls were working and was told 3. I reiterated I was only getting a hair cut. I was told the girls were waiting for their clients to come in. They turned away business for really no reason. Williamsville needs to do better with time management!!!!!! They should take a lesson from the Losson Rd girls!!

The hairdresser, Arden was very good and efficient. But I am probably going to go somewhere else to get my hair done because there is usually a very, very long wait. I tried several times in the last month and the wait was between 1-3 hours. I don\'t understand why they can\'t take appointments and walk-ins. So, I am going to go to another salon as I can\'t waste time waiting. I have been a customer for over 3 years.

Elizabeth took the time to ask me in detail what I was looking for in my haircut. She asked specific questions. When she cut my hair she explained what she was doing and why. After the cut was complete she made sure to have me check out all angles of it. This is hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had at BANGS!

I love this place but a trim has gotten so expensive. I was in the chair for 15 minutes and $36 seems steep.

Stylist took my daughter as soon as we walked in. She listened to what we wanted to do with my daughters hair and gave suggestions (because of my daughter\'s curly hair). Stylist checked in with me to make sure the cut was what I was expecting and also let me know what products to use on her hair. Highly recommend and will be coming back.
