I always look forward to having my hair done at Bangs. Laura, the professional I ask to work with, notices what my hair needs before I do. She presents products available at the salon that can enable us to do what needs to be done. While she works on my hair, Laura is a courteous and careful listener. When we enjoy a full-blown conversation, she seems to have extraordinary ability to listen actively to what is said to her even though focused on coloring hair. There are times when my head clears, I know I\'ve been heard, and my problem or issue has been nearly solved or clarified totally.

First visit and had a great experience. Stylist Laurie gave me the exact style I was hoping for. I have long hair and shebkept my length but made it healthy. I inquirer about some products and she recommended items I even purchased! Thank you

My stylist did a fantastic job with my color and cut! She explained what she was doing as she went along and she took the time to make sure It came out how I wanted. My only issue is with the price. I paid $246. I would have liked to give my stylist more of a tip but the price for the services are so high that I couldn’t give her as much as I would have liked for the time and effort she put into my appointment. I hope she gets a decent portion of what I was charged.

Sometimes our lives are so busy and situations change so fast that you’re not always able to keep an appointment time. The walk-in ability allows me to deal with my life in such a way that I don’t feel. I’m disrupting my schedule or taking up an appointment time that I can’t keep yet somebody else might need. I am very happy to have found a salon like Bangs.

I am not sure how she did it, but Melissa took all the vague descriptions I gave her regarding what I hated about my hair as it transitions from dull and lifeless aging into grey and what I wasn’t sure if I wanted to do as far as coloring etc….. she turned all of that info into a beautiful short and slightly sassy look that makes me feel years younger and far more confident. She did foil all over and I cannot believe the difference! (The cut and style is perfect, too!)

Today was my first time visiting Bangs in Williamsville, and I have to say I was greatly appreciative of the calm quiet atmosphere. I was lucky to be able to find a stylist whose talents I had experienced a couple years back. I’m a Snowbird so I’m gone during the winter, and when I came back this year, I was unable to find this particular stylist as she had changed locations. Today I discovered where she was now working and was thrilled to be able to get right in and to find she continues to display the same degree of talent and kindness I had experienced in the past. You can walk in without making an appointment and be met with confidence and kindness. I will definitely be going back again.

I really have to compliment the hair color services here. I\'ve been here twice for color correction from \"high end\" salons. I went in yesterday feeling stressed about a color issue and the stylist did such an amazing job with a complex color correction. I left feeling so happy! Thank you!

My visit to bangs today was wonder not only did I walk out of there looking great, but while I was there, my sugar became very low. I am diabetic my hairdresser. Alyssa went above and beyond to make sure I was OK. I did have some thing with me to snack on and a bottle of water but while I was waiting for my highlights to develop, she continued to check on me the entire time which I appreciate it very much. I have been coming there for many years and I will continue to do so especially after my visit today , if I may suggest having small items in the back for people who may come in with such a problem would be a great idea. There was another woman in there who was in a wheelchair. I do not know what her problems were, but it seems you not only get a younger crowd but people of all ages I will tell people about my experience today and suggest more people come to your salon because of the wonderful service. I had a great appointment with Melissa. However, the company should consider closing a location to help in other busier locations. Melissa and Laura are running like crazy to please customers who come through the door. I feel so bad for these girls as people walk in and are rude due to a two hour wait. It’s unfair to these ladies to have to handle these situations all day long due to no staff. Bangs needs to rethink the game plan.

I walked in for a cut and last minute style. It has been over a year since I have cut my hair and was nervous since I have a lot! The staff was very welcoming and took their time to pay close attention to detail. I never felt rushed at any point and the visit was quite relaxing. My visit today was great! The team there were friendly and efficient with everyone that came in. There was an issue with my gift certificate when I was cashing out, they called and were able to getbit resolved.
